5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

  • The wagering requirement to receive this bonus is 20 times (20x).
  • This means withdrawal is not permitted until wagering equivalent to 20 times the combined total of the bonus and deposit has been completed.

General Bonus Terms:

  • A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
  • If multiple accounts are used to claim bonuses, all accounts will be forfeited.
  • bd543 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • Each bonus has an expiry period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
  • Separate terms apply for VIP members to receive cashback benefits.

6. Betting Rules and Gaming Regulations

All betting and gaming activities on bd543 are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Bets placed on odds or payouts that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid.
  • The result of a match or game will be determined in accordance with the final decision of the relevant authority.
  • bd543 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through system errors or exploitation.
  • All sports betting, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football and kabaddi, is conducted in accordance with the international sporting calendar.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final, though an appeal may be made in the case of a clear technical error.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd543:

  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
  • Attempting to hack, manipulate or exploit the platform's software or game systems.
  • Playing games using artificial intelligence, bots or automated software.
  • Harassing, threatening or insulting other members.
  • Misusing the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
  • Operating an account under another person's identity.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
  • Unauthorised disclosure or distribution of any platform information.

Engaging in these prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and, where necessary, legal action may be taken.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bd543 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Failure to provide identity verification documents.
  • Extended period of inactivity on the account.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • A request by the account holder to close their own account.
